What is the Program
Hambos Pups leashes and collars are covered under our ARP (accident replacement program). The ARP offers a 35% off coupon to replace any leash or collar up to 6 months after the purchase date. This is not a warranty program, we do not repair used products. The ARP will not send a coupon code without photo proof of irreparable damages.
How’s it work?:
When you’re ready, fill out the accident replacement form below and attach two to three photos of the damaged item along with a but about how the product met its fate.
