Refund policy

Overview

We allow returns on any product with a defect. If your purchase has a defect, please contact us immediately. For all other return inquiries, we will consider them on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase.  Please contact us first.  Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within a specified number of days.

Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return due to a manufacturing defect, items must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. Please contact us before initiating a return.

Non-returnable Goods We do not accept returns for perishable items, dog foods, gift cards, or wholesale purchases.
