Crafted from Biothane—a PVC-coated, reinforced nylon material—the PNW Dry Collar is non-absorbent and antimicrobial, making it incredibly easy to clean. It features a secure all-metal buckle and two fully cast D-rings—one for tags and one for leash attachment. The collar is fully adjustable with a cast slider for a perfect fit.
